Personal Background
- After teaching high-school physical education, she started the “Kikuchi Taisou/Kikuchi Method of Workout” in 1965.
- For over 50 years, she has been vigorously seeking the most appropriate work-out program that harmonizes mind and body while emphasizing the anatomy.
- She has taught tens of thousands of people how they can improve their mental and physical status.
- At the age of 89, she still teaches classes, writes, and appears in regularly in the media.
